The BBSM approach to Bible study recognizes the freedom and privilege of every individual to study the scripture personally and follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit who is the ultimate author and enabler for all true understanding of scripture. The humblest person has the greatest potential of truly knowing Almighty God! While we are always to take the scripture seriously, we must not take ourselves too seriously in thinking that we have the last word on the truth of scripture. There are many who may have few biblical skills but know Christ and recognize his truth as much or more than we do.
